Product description
Set of 4 dining chairs from the renowned Dutch design brand Galvanitas (located in Oosterhout, Brabant). This timeless S16 model remains incredibly popular due to its solid construction and stylish details.
The S16 chair dates from 1965 and was designed by Paul Philipsen. This chair was developed as a teaching chair for educational purposes. The S16 has a Soliwood® seat and backrest. Soliwood® seats are scratch- and wear-resistant, impact-resistant, colorfast, hygienic, and flame-retardant. This makes the S16 ideal for use in public spaces, such as schools, the cultural sector, and the hospitality industry.
This greige (gray/beige) base is particularly popular.
