Product description
Rare set of 4 original 'Funny Valentine' chairs designed by Jean-Charles de Castelbajac and produced by Ligne Roset (ca. 1980). Iconic postmodern design with oval back, sturdy black wooden legs and luxurious blue alcantara upholstery. The bottom features a Ligne Roset stamp. At the bottom of the backrest is the signature of Jean-Charles de Castelbajac engraved in metal. The chairs combine comfort with artistic expression and are rare on the market today.
The chairs are in excellent vintage condition, sturdy and comfortable, with minimal signs of use. Original invoice and documentation of the fabrics used present.
Dimensions per chair: H 94 cm, seat height 47 cm, W 44 cm, D 47 cm.
