Rare and superb set of 4 espresso cups/small mugs in stoneware from the renowned Swedish manufacturer Deco Hälsingborg.
Created by the celebrated designer Bengt Johansson in the 1960s-1970s, these collector's pieces belong to the famous "Bari" series. They are distinguished by the mold and size reference "15/1" engraved on the base, guaranteeing their authenticity and their ideal size for espresso.
They feature a sumptuous, glossy reactive glaze in shades of chocolate brown and flamed caramel. The base of each cup has a characteristic foot, highlighted by small, functional openwork notches, a signature of the artist's design.
A robust, distinctive, and highly refined piece of Scandinavian tableware.
