Set of 2 large vintage earthenware vases from the well-known Belgian quality manufacturer Boch (Boch Belgium).
The vases are executed in the beloved, traditional 'Brugge' decor and are fully marked on the bottom with the official stamp and the text 'Handworked'.
The decor is richly decorated in the classic Delfts Imari style with deep, glossy cobalt blue and iron red floral patterns. An amazing set of eye-catchers on a sideboard, mantelpiece or dining table that immediately brings color and luxury to a vintage, modern or eclectic interior.
Brand: Boch Belgium (Boch Frères).
Decor: Brugge/Delfts Imari Style (Handworked).
Period: Mid-century vintage (approx. 60s/70s). Dimensions: Height 26 cm.
Both vases are – apart from the chips mentioned below – in absolute top condition. The glaze still has its original, deep mirror shine and the colors are pristine and bright. The vases are also very neat and clean inside (see photos) and have no limescale or discoloration. They show no scratches or signs of wear.
Vase 1: Is completely intact and in sublime condition without any defect.
Vase 2: Is also in this beautiful condition, but unfortunately has 3 small, superficial damages (chips/glaze flakes) on the very top edge (see the clear detailed photo). When a beautiful bouquet is placed in it or the vase is strategically turned, this is invisible in the interior.
⚠️ PLEASE NOTE: Shipping is via inexpensive PARCEL POST (Standard up to 10 kg), NOT via an expensive courier! If the system unexpectedly charges courier costs at checkout, please send me a message immediately, and I will adjust it manually for you.
