Product description
Set of 2 unusual spherical white glass pendant lamp by Danish design. These iconic vintage lamps, model Satellite, were designed by Dane Vilhelm Wohlert (1920-2007) in 1959. The lamp was put into production by Louis Poulsen, also from Denmark. These vintage design lamps consist of a shade of frosted satin white opaline glass. The lamps emit a pleasant diffused light and are beautiful in their simplicity. The glass shades are supported by a metal three-legged glass support, to which a porcelain fitting is attached. Dimensions: Height: approx. 30 cm Diameter: approx. 26.5 cm Fitting: E27 The lamps feature a new white cord and a new white ceiling cap. Both lamps are in good vintage condition. Both the top and bottom opening of the glass lampshades show very slight damage in the form of small chips that are missing See photo 9 for the signs of use.
