Beautiful and rare set of two classic Mid-Century table lamps, produced by the renowned German quality manufacturer Honsel Leuchten (Neheim-Hüsten) in the 1960s/1970s. Both lamps still bear the original, characteristic manufacturer's sticker on the underside of the base. The lamps feature an elegantly shaped base of high-quality patinated brass with a beautiful authentic shine. The set comes with the original, cream-white oval lampshades in refined pleated fabric, finished with an elegant gold-colored trim at the top and bottom. Thanks to the specific oval shape of the shades, the lamps are relatively shallow (only 14 cm). This makes them ideally suited for placement on narrower surfaces such as a windowsill, a shallow sideboard, a mantelpiece, or as chic bedside lamps in a Hollywood Regency or eclectic interior.
