The chairs are structurally in good condition, with only two minor points of attention:
The swivel mechanism is currently a bit stiff. This can easily be remedied with a little lubricant (e.g. WD-40).
The felt floor caps under the legs are missing. These can be purchased for a few euros at any hardware store to optimally protect your floor.
