Beautiful set of 2 original Josef Hoffmann model 811 / Prague chairs, produced by Ligna/Thonet in Czechoslovakia.
The iconic curved armrests and elegant wooden frame make this a particularly recognizable design by Josef Hoffmann. The chairs feature the characteristic “Made in Czechoslovakia” marking on the underside.
The chairs are upholstered with blue fabric and are in very good vintage condition for their age. The wood shows only minor signs of wear consistent with age.
