An exceptional pair of Bauhaus armchairs by Erich Dieckmann , one of the most important designers of classical modernism. The chairs combine the clear design language of the Bauhaus with sophisticated craftsmanship and were probably made in the 1930s.
A characteristic feature of this model is the elegantly curved backrest , which flows seamlessly into the armrests, giving the chair a particularly light and dynamic silhouette. This design makes the model a highly sought-after piece.
The seat and backrest are covered with a corded rope weave that is not only visually appealing but also ensures comfortable seating. The beechwood frame underscores the warm, natural look and forms a beautiful contrast to the graphic weave.
