Serving dish from the Faïencerie de Gien Art Nouveau period.
Since its creation 200 years ago, the Faïencerie de Gien, the largest earthenware factory in Europe, has symbolized refinement, luxury and the French art of living. It made its name by producing tableware bearing the coats of arms of the greatest families in France and Europe, and... the tiles for the Paris metro in 1930.
This dish is composed of 3 interconnected shell-shaped dishes, each with a different floral design. In the center, a handle representing intertwined tree branches is used to carry it.
This dish is antique, with a few gears, but it's very pretty, with plenty of finesse to present your food on any occasion.
