Resin sculpture - Inclusion of a fluorescent light bulb - Pierre Giraudon [1923-2012] - France - 1970 - Iconic and essential piece of French design from the 1970s - This magnificent inclusion contains a light bulb that fluoresces in the dark - Good condition, beautiful transparency. No chips or cracks, perfectly intact - Traces of wear under the base - Pierre Giraudon [1923- 2012] - This former biologist began his inclusion work by enclosing plants and small animals. From the 60's, he slowly turned to creating works of art. During the 1960s, 1970s and 1980s, he created sculptures, lamp bases and objects in colored resin, with or without inclusions.
