Product description
This expressive sculpture group in solid oak, titled Family in Wood, was created by Roland Lavianne in the 1970s. The triptych depicts a family in stylized, vertical forms - each sculpture unique in proportion and appearance, but unmistakably connected in language and material.
The sculptures are hand-carved from solid oak, leaving the natural character of the wood visible in the grain, hues and slightly weathered surface. The works carry an authentic patina that adds to their character and warmth.
