Product description
Striking sculptural pottery vase manufactured by Scheurich Keramik, West Germany, in the 1960s. This iconic midcentury piece features an elegant elongated form combined with bold hand-painted geometric motifs, making it a standout example of postwar German ceramic design.
The vase is finished in a matte, textured white and soft beige glaze, contrasted by graphic accents in turquoise blue, mustard yellow, cherry red, and black. The interior is glazed in a deep glossy black, adding visual depth and a refined finish.
Marked underneath with Scheurich and model number 529 / 18.
A beautiful decorative object that works equally well as a sculptural accent or as part of a curated collection of West German ceramics.
