A characterful vintage dining table made of solid pine from the 1970s. The table combines Scandinavian-influenced mid-century design with a bold, almost brutalist aesthetic and is particularly striking thanks to the warm radiance of the natural-looking wood. The round tabletop is crafted from solid pine planks and features a distinctive, vibrant grain with the knots typical of pine. The softly rounded edge visually lightens the weight of the solid material and creates a beautiful contrast to the robust construction of the base. Two wide legs with gently sloping, organically rounded bases are connected by a solid crossbar, giving the table its characteristic silhouette. The integrated extension mechanism is especially practical. The tabletop can be pulled apart and significantly enlarged with the extension leaves. This transforms the compact round table into a generous, elongated dining table, providing additional space for guests when needed. Even when extended, the construction remains harmonious and balanced.
