Product description
Sculptural coffee pot from the Rosenthal Studio-Line „Avenue“, designed by Frogdesign. The porcelain form Avenue was developed for Rosenthal in 1989 and is one of the striking late designs of German postmodernism.
The tall, slender pot combines a softly rounded body with distinctly geometric details: the widely curved strap handle meets an angularly modeled spout, while the conical lid is topped by a rectangular handle. A diagonally running edge around the upper area enhances the dynamic, architectural effect.
In pure white, the unusual silhouette is particularly clear. A characteristic Rosenthal design object from the late 1980s, which convinces as a functional coffee pot as well as a sculptural object on a sideboard or set table.
