TRIO by Achim Haigis – Sculptural White Porcelain Vases for Rosenthal Studio-Line
A masterful example of geometric reduction and sculptural clarity, this curated set of three porcelain vases designed by Achim Haigis for Rosenthal’s acclaimed studio-line collection is a celebration of architectural thought rendered in fine bisque porcelain.
Designed as part of Haigis’ Surface series, these faceted vessels appear like spatial sketches made solid — each one a tactile object that plays with light, shadow, and negative space. Unmarked by ornament, their matte white surfaces recall both crystalline structures and folded paper forms, evoking a serene Brutalism in miniature.
While each vase stands confidently on its own, they are most powerful in dialogue: a trio of volumes, shifting in height and orientation, echoing sculptural installation as much as functional design.
