A retro chest of drawers/desk (also usable as a dressing table), made by Papworth Industry for the Ministry of Defence, for use in military accommodations in the 1970s. With original adjustable mirror that is removable. Arrow stamp on the back 1973.

The drawers are 88 cm wide
This chest of drawers/desk is made of teak wood with metal handles and a Formica top with a white leaf pattern. Two small drawers above, three wide drawers below.
Very well made and sturdy; these Ministry of Defence pieces of furniture were designed to withstand heavy use.
A beautiful and very practical retro piece of furniture in good condition.
