Product description
This retro chest of drawers with extension was produced in the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic in the 1960s and reflects the functional and balanced design language of the period.
The piece is made of veneered solid wood and consists of a lower storage unit with drawers and doors, complemented by an upper extension with internal and external shelving. It retains its original manufacturer’s label and shows careful craftsmanship typical of mid-century Czechoslovak furniture.
The chest remains in very good original vintage condition, with a solid structure, healthy wood, and only minor surface wear consistent with age. The complete set is fully functional and ready for immediate use.
