These iconic retro chairs were produced in the Czechoslovak Republic in the 1960s by TON and designed by Antonín Šuman. They feature the designer’s characteristic sculptural backrest with an arched opening, an elegant bentwood construction, and slender legs typical of mid-century Czechoslovak modernism.
The chairs are in well-preserved original vintage condition, showing only minor abrasions and surface wear consistent with age and use.
