Handcrafted Restoration for this Teak Dressing Table
Because we love furniture with character, we pay particular attention to the restoration of our pieces. That's why we have painstakingly restored this vintage teak dressing table:
Wood Restoration: We began by sanding the entire table to reveal the natural grain. Then, we applied a special teak oil finish. This treatment nourishes the wood and reveals the warm, golden hue typical of 1960s teak.
Refined interior: We've also relined the inside of the three drawers with red felt. This detail adds a touch of elegance and effectively protects your jewelry or delicate accessories from scratches.
Design and storage: the strengths of this Scandinavian dressing table
Beyond its appearance, this vintage teak dressing table stands out for its charming asymmetry and modernist lines. It also rests on elegant tapered legs that lighten its silhouette, characteristic of Mid-Century design.
Left section: You'll find three spacious drawers (with new felt lining) featuring organically sculpted handles.
Right section: A hinged door opens to reveal generous storage space for your bottles.
The mirror: Finally, its large vertical mirror (168 cm total height) adds depth to the room and captures the light.

Condition and Transparency
Although we have carefully restored this piece, it retains the marks of its history that give it all its charm. This teak dressing table is in good overall condition. However, we would like to point out a few details for the sake of transparency:
We have restored one of the corners of the piece.
We have also filled a missing piece of veneer on the front of the tabletop.
Consequently, these reinforced areas show slight traces of repair and wear visible upon close inspection. Nevertheless, this does not detract from the overall aesthetic of this vintage piece.
A few scratches are visible on the mirror in the upper left corner (see photos).
