Elegant Art Deco dressing table with mirror, carefully restored.
The previous heavy gloss finish was removed to reveal the natural walnut veneer, now finished in Osmo hardwax oil so the grain can really stand out. The painted elements are finished in Fusion Midnight Blue, creating a rich contrast that suits the piece beautifully.
A particularly nice detail can be found on the small side drawers, where the veneer is laid horizontally on the upper section and vertically on the rest of the drawer front.
The curved center drawer was given a subtle Art Deco pattern, and the drawer interiors were refinished with Art Deco wallpaper, with felt lining in the small curved drawer.
The original hardware has been preserved as it complements the character of the piece perfectly.
