This Phaistos Disk museum copy is an impressive and accurate replica of one of the greatest archaeological mysteries in history. The original Phaistos Disk was discovered in 1908 in the Minoan palace of Phaistos on Crete and is dated by researchers to around the 2nd century BC. This high-quality replica was made of ceramic in the 1980s and has been given a carefully applied museum patina, giving it an authentic appearance.
