Description:
Officially produced by the Istituto Poligrafico e Zecca dello Stato (IPZS – the Italian State Mint and printing house of official documents).
Distributed via MediArte Invest srl.
Material: Argento 800/1000 (80% pure silver) – weight approx. 350 grams (±5%).
Technique: Fusione a cera persa (lost-wax casting) + hand-chased (cesellata a mano) in the style of Renaissance artisan workshops ("botteghe artigiane rinascimentali"), made at the Fonderia d'Arte della Zecca. Design: Full 3D sculpture (a tutto tondo) of a nude female figure inspired by Greek mythology (divinità greca), with arms raised and a flowing veil/cloth. Base: Square silver plinth with flame relief (marked "JB" and "Arg. 800"), standing on a round brass foot.
Complete with original wooden presentation box (red velvet interior) and Certificate of Authenticity from the IPZS itself, signed by Director-General A. Maggi.
Condition: Excellent / like new – never used, stored in box.
