Product description
Very beautiful and rare set of 6 Italian walnut chairs model Campanino made by Fratelli Levaggi in Chiavari in the early 50s. These chairs were originally designed in 1807 by Giuseppe Gaetano Descalzi. Extraordinarily light (1.3kg) and strong, these chairs were the favourite model of Ignazio Gardella and Franco Albini for their interior design projects in the 1950s and 1960s. Fully restored and upholstered with rich Italian Jacquard fabric from Dedar Milano - Reference Twist again Colore 10 in melon red. A very rare series, in superb condition.
