Title: Rare Whitefriars Murano Ashtray/Trinket Dish – Ruby Red Crystal – Controlled Bubbles – Vintage 1960s
Description: "A rare find, an exceptional piece of 1960s art glass. This sculptural ashtray (or trinket dish) combines the depth of Ruby Red with the technical prowess of controlled bubbles.
Design & Technique: 'Bullicante' decoration featuring a network of air bubbles trapped with perfect symmetry within the thickness of the crystal. High-precision craftsmanship characteristic of the Whitefriars factory (model #9099) or the great masters of Murano.
Superior Quality: Solid crystal piece, particularly heavy and dense in the hand (a guarantee of authenticity and high lead content). The intense red color is encapsulated in a thick layer of clear crystal (Sommerso technique).
Dimensions: Diameter 11 cm | Height 5 cm. Compact size and powerful.
Authenticity: Mouth-blown glass. A pontil mark, ground and polished, is present on the base, a hallmark of prestigious glassworks, ensuring perfect stability.
Condition: Collector's item. In perfect condition, no chips or cracks. Crystal of impeccable clarity.
