To enthusiasts and collectors of High-End Mid-Century Modern Design: a unique opportunity to acquire one of the most complete and rare Pilastro wall systems. This iconic, modular system was designed in the 1950s/60s by Tjerk Reijenga and is an absolute masterpiece of Dutch industrial design.
This system is finished in the most sought-after and iconic vintage color combination: bright orange and off-white powder-coated metal. Thanks to its modular nature, the setup can be arranged and expanded entirely according to your own preferences.

Unlike standard wall systems offered online, this set contains a number of extremely rare and valuable modules that determine its international collector's value:
The exclusive drawer unit: A floating block with 4 wide, shallow drawers (drawing or filing cabinet). This element is virtually impossible to find separately and is very valuable.
Complete workstation: A large desk top supported by two characteristic, hanging orange drawers with the original design handles. Original, working light box: The rare, original Pilastro design lamp/light box is located above the work area and still functions perfectly (provides beautiful ambient light!).
Perforated magazine rack: The iconic, angled perforated metal magazine holder/bookshelf.
Storage space: Two large, deep cabinets with smooth-running metal sliding doors in off-white.
Shelves: A generous set of original white and orange metal shelves, including the original wall strips and a rare red bookend.
Condition: The wall system is in honest, solid, and beautiful vintage condition. The cabinets and drawers run smoothly. The metal shows normal, light, and characteristic signs of use that underscore the authenticity and 60-year character of this designer furniture. The desktop has some superficial vintage rings/patina (see detail photos), consistent with its age and easily polished to your liking. No structural damage or missing parts. Dimensions:
