De Lucchi gained worldwide fame as a prominent core member and co-founder of the radical Memphis Group (Memphis Milano). This rare lamp is a perfect example of his transition to high-end, postmodern luxury lighting, combining a playful geometric silhouette with high-end materials. The lamp is a masterpiece of minimalist aesthetics and high-quality glass craftsmanship. The eye-catcher is the heavy, organically shaped base of deep dark blue crystal glass, combined with a slender metal arm and a refined, rotatable shade of matte satin-finished white glass. The arm and shade are smoothly adjustable (360 degrees), allowing you to perfectly direct the light.
