An impressive and original decorative object from the early 19th century, originating from England. This authentic Georgian pawnshop sign, circa 1810, features an ornate wrought-iron bracket with exceptional detail and craftsmanship.
The sign retains its original copper-colored verdigris globes, a rare and iconic feature, with attractive wear and a few minor dings commensurate with its age (see photos).
A superb example of antique English trade advertising, perfect as a striking decorative element for interiors, shops, or for collectors of historical architectural elements.
