Rare and highly decorative collection of 19 vintage educational mushroom models attributed to Deyrolle, the renowned Parisian natural history and scientific teaching house.
Each specimen is individually modelled and hand-painted, mounted on its original base, mostly black with a few brown bases, and retains its identification label.
The complete group includes 19 different species, among them Fly Agaric, Death Cap, Caesar’s Mushroom, Morel, Chanterelle, Porcini, Parasol Mushroom, Panther Cap and Satan’s Bolete.
The models range from approximately 8 to 18 cm high.
Total weight of the complete set: approximately 4 kg.
Very good overall vintage condition, with minor surface wear and irregularities consistent with age and original manufacture.
The collection is offered as one complete set of 19 pieces.
A striking scientific and decorative ensemble, ideal for a cabinet of curiosities, natural history collection, pharmacy display or distinctive interior.
