Vintage Pop Art Pencil Floor Lamp – 1970s
An extraordinary vintage floor lamp in the shape of an oversized red pencil, likely from the 1970s. A rare and exceptionally decorative piece that blends Pop Art, Space Age, and 70s interior design.
The slender, red body is made of translucent plastic. When switched on, the pencil is illuminated from within, emitting an intense red light – making the lamp appear almost like a light fixture or sculpture.
The design of the pencil tip is particularly striking: the sharpened section is made of wood, combined with a dark red lead. The original red cable with its coiled cord and in-line switch completes the consistently monochrome design.

An exceptionally unusual vintage floor lamp designed as an oversized red pencil, most likely dating from the 1970s.

The tall, slender body is made from translucent red plastic and illuminates from within. When switched on, the entire central section produces an intense red glow, transforming the lamp into an impressive illuminated sculpture.

Vintage Grote Potlood-Vloerlamp – Pop Art Jaren 70
This is a vintage vloerlamp in the front of an oversized red potlood, made from the 70s.
An opaque decorative object with inspiration from Pop Art, Space Age and 70's design.
The long, slim behuizing is made from light-colored plastic. Wanneer de lamp wordt ingeschakeld, licht the centrale gedeelte intense rood op, waardoor de lamp niet alleen verlichting maar also a bijzonder lichtobject wordt.
The slepen gedeelte of the potlood is uitgevoerd in hout, with bovenaan a donkerrode potloodpunt. A splendid detail is the matching rode spiralsnoer with schakelaar, which means that the design is strong.
With a hoogte of ongeveer één meter and a diameter of 8 cm is the opvallend object that tegelijkertijd weinig vloeroppervlak inneemt.
