Description
Reinhold Stotz was a professor at the Werkkunstschule Wuppertal from 1927 to 1963. Although he is not one of the best-known German designers of the post-war period, his designs are highly sought after by collectors and gallery owners.
Reinhold Stotz's best-known work is the ladies' table offered here from 1955, which is characterized by its playful combination of the materials wood, glass and brass. The filigree design lends the piece elegance and lightness.
The frame and tabletop show moderate signs of wear. The glass tabletop has been newly manufactured.
