Beautiful large modular wall system wall unit by Poul Cadovius for Royal Systems in very good condition. The system has 4 tracks and a variety of cabinets and shelves a height of about 2 meters and a width of 3.20 meters. Pick up only, no shipping. Pick up only. The wall system consists of: 1 cabinet with sliding doors and 2 shelves measuring 80b x 51h x 40d 1 cabinet with 4 drawers 80b x 51h x 40d 1 cabinet with 2 sliding doors 80w x 33hx 28d 1 flap cabinet with 2 compartments and glass shelf 1 dresser with 2 drawers and 2 compartments 80b x 25h x 28d 1 small table with 2 drawers 80w x 9h x 38d 6 shelves 80w x 30d, complete with hooks 6 shelves 80b x 24d, complete with hooks 5 suspension strips of 198 cm 1 hanging strip of 103 cm 1 suspension strip of 94 cm Pick up only, no shipping. Pick up only. The system is sold as a whole, no loose parts. Accessories shown in the wall system are not part of the offer. The complete system is in original condition and has always been well maintained. Drawers and slides run smoothly, hardware is in good order and complete. All drawer fronts are made of solid teak. The teak in vintage furniture is slow growing wood of good quality. Poul Cadovius became especially famous with his innovative wall system from 1948. The goal was to minimize space and maximize light and air. The wall system was made in many versions. All parts from the system offered here are of the same design in medium brown with right angles. Cadovius collaborated with other iconic Danish designers such as Grete Jalk, Arne Vodder and Finn Juhl. He founded his own furniture factory CADO and later also bought the illustrious France & Son, one of Denmark's most prestigious furniture manufacturers. Cadovius belonged to the Second Danish School along with Niels Moller, Ib Kofoed Larssen, Kai Kristiansen, Johannes Andersen, Aage Schmidt-Kristensen and Arne Vodder, among others.
