Product description
Authentic modular wall system by Poul Cadovius/Cado from the 1960s in teak veneer, featuring a highly sought-after configuration with three compartments standing on wooden legs.
Includes one original base unit with drawers, one Preben Sørensen cabinet (compatible with Cadovius) with sliding doors, and nine teak shelves with original brass supports.
This configuration is among the rarer, especially in this condition with its warm patina and authentic fittings.
Condition:
- Good and complete, ready to install
- Small veneer chip (2mm) and minimal damage in visible areas (see photos)
- Only normal age-related wear, consistent with light use and retaining the warm vintage patina
- A worn spot on the back of one cabinet near a suspension point—no structural impact
- Original finish, not restored or refinished—preserved in honest, authentic condition
- Rare due to the wooden legs, usually wall-mounted or with metal legs.
