Absolutely gorgeous, minimalist and filigree and very rare plug-in shelf made of chrome-plated steel elements and glass by Poul Cadovious for Royal System, Denmark 1960s. Can be varied and set up as desired. The shelf can also be set up smaller or with only 2 rows, as well as individually. However, 2 individual shelves only work if you have additional corner joints for the ends on the outside. This fantastic and well thought-out shelf has won many design awards for good reason and has also been in the New York Museum of Modern Art since 1967. Designer: Poul Cadovious Manufacturer: Royal System Country: Denmark Year: 1960s Material: Chrome-plated steel, glass Length: 243cm Height: 222cm Depth: 35.5cm There are 3 different rod lengths. 80cm, 51cm and 33cm, which are inserted into each other with corner joints and the frame then has further plug-in connections for the glass plates as a holder. As we deal in vintage furniture, signs of use are unavoidable and part of the nature of everyday objects. We therefore only point out major flaws and damage with separate pictures. Nevertheless, we always endeavor to capture the condition of the objects to the best of our ability.
