This Postmodern Sculptural Coffee Table was designed by Maurizio Salvato for the Italian manufacturer Saporiti. The piece is defined by its striking asymmetrical silhouette and bold use of geometric forms, characteristic of late twentieth-century Italian design.
The table features a high-gloss, black lacquered top, organic shape. It is supported by an unconventional base arrangement: a solid, angled slab on one side and a cluster of three cylindrical columns on the other. The metal legs are finished in textured, muted tones of green and brown, creating a subtle contrast against the sleek surface above. The original Saporiti Italia maker's mark is present on the base, confirming its authenticity and origin.
