The poster features an interlocking series of blue, mauve and red squares. Albers was a great influence on his work and theorized the absolute relativity of color. One of his key points was that color is relative and changes according to the colors around it. Albers insisted that "color, as the most relative medium in art, has innumerable faces or appearances.
