Vintage Design
4 Beautiful dining table armchairs, model Poly-Z in rosewood.
Designed by Dutch designer Abraham A. Patijn (1922-1985) in the 1950s for the Frisian furniture factory Zijlstra Joure in Holland.
Strong and as new chairs with a great history.
As a tribute to the lovely mother of my good friend .. the chairs has been used by her and her family living in Joure .. where the chairs were purchased at the time straight from the factory Zijlstra.
In this set are also 2 Biedermeier chairs reupholstered in the same red fabric.
The Biedermeier chairs are beautiful antique chairs, the Biedermeier period ran from about 1815 to 1860 and originated in Germany.
The set is a real eyecatcher and complete for a large dinner table in your house.
Restored — This vintage/antique item is in very good condition because it has been refreshed through new upholstery and/or refinishing. Light wear consistent with age and use, reupholstered.
