This is a 1st edition (EKC), produced by E. Kold Christensen (and therefore not a recent Fritz Hansen).
This one is rarer and therefore more valuable!
The Fritz Hansen PK61 Coffee Table was designed by Poul Kjærholm. In 1955, Poul Kjærholm designed the PK61 Coffee Table. The minimalist style suited his background as an industrial designer. Over the years, he developed into a respected interior designer. The PK61 Coffee Table has a minimalist style with finely shaped legs and a square top. The steel legs are positioned so that the tabletop rests lightly on the base, with the legs protruding from the tabletop. This unique placement gives the coffee table a distinctive visual effect. From different angles, the coffee table has an interesting appearance.
The PK61 coffee table is 80 centimeters long, 80 centimeters wide, and 32 centimeters high.
Still available new from Fritz Hansen for €4,686.
This early E. Kold Christensen is now for sale for only €2,499 in white-grey Carrara marble.
