Beautiful and characterful pair of vintage Pioneer Prologue 70 loudspeakers, offered directly by the first owner. These impressive 3-way speakers feature a large woofer combined with dedicated midrange and high-frequency drivers, giving them the unmistakable look and presence of classic HiFi equipment. According to the original specification labels, each speaker is rated at 120 watts Music Power (DIN) with an 8 Ohm impedance. The Prologue 70 was Made in France, making this an interesting model for collectors and enthusiasts of vintage Pioneer audio. The original black fabric grilles and Pioneer Prologue 70 badges are still present. The speakers also look fantastic with the grilles removed, revealing the classic driver configuration. The set has been carefully kept by its original owner. One of the speakers shows visible signs of use, including some damage/wear to one corner, as clearly shown in the photographs. The other speaker is in considerably neater cosmetic condition. Both speakers have been tested and are working. A distinctive and increasingly hard-to-find vintage Pioneer set, perfect for a classic HiFi system, music enthusiast, collector or vintage interior.
