A small piece of French bistro, the kind that brings to mind Formica counters, summer terraces, and the aperitif ritual. This vintage advertising pitcher features Pernod 45 Anisette on one side and Pastis 51 Anisette on the other. Its deep blue, enhanced by a cream yellow border and raised white lettering, gives it that immediately recognizable aesthetic of 1970s-1980s café advertising items. Made of molded plastic, its design is particularly well-executed with its almost cubic silhouette, angular pouring spout, and large integrated handle. A popular item that has now become a charming testament to the history of French cafés and their advertising accessories. It retains the marks of its past use: the cream yellow border shows some age-related yellowing, accompanied by a few marks and scuffs from use. An old label trace is also visible on one of the blue sides. These marks are shown in the photographs and contribute to the history of this authentic bistro item. Dimensions: approximately 14 cm high and 10 cm wide at the opening.
