Rare candlestick and tray designed by Swedish artist Per B. Sundberg for IKEA, part of the limited-edition FÖREMÅL collection from 2018. Made from metal with a polished finish, the design combines a softly rounded rectangular serving tray with an integrated sculptural candle holder. A great example of Sundberg’s approach of transforming familiar everyday objects into something unexpected and playful. FÖREMÅL was a limited collection consisting of 26 objects, created in collaboration between IKEA and Per B. Sundberg and characterised by humour, folklore and unconventional forms.
