Peill & Putzler, active since the early 1900s and particularly important in the mid-20th century, earned a reputation for exceptional glasswork.
Dating from the 1960s-70s, this cherry-red opaline suspension with white opaline interior offers exceptional light diffusion.
When switched off, the opaline has a deep, rich hue, truly reminiscent of cherry.
When lit, it illuminates magnificently: the diffusion is perfect and the color takes on a particularly vivid pop-red aesthetic.
Diameter: 234 mm
Condition: the glass is in perfect condition, with only a slight roughness (1-2 mm, barely perceptible).
Electrical system: new 1.5 m red fabric-sheathed cable
For E27 (not included), LED or incandescent bulbs (max. 60 W)
Also included: matching chrome ceiling rose
Slight pitting on chrome
Very slight snag on the opaline surface, 2mm at most.
