Paul Bocuse (Collonges-au-Mont-d'Or, Feb. 11, 1926 - there, Jan. 20, 2018) was a decorated French chef, operator of his own restaurant L'Auberge Du Pont de Collonges, proprietor of other eateries in both Collonges-au-Mont-d'O was also known for his Carafes.
