Pastoe armchair model FB03 from the 1950s. Rare version with armrests and the extremely rare literature tray. This model is part of the Combex series, also known as the birch series. Designed by Cees Braakman in 1950. Primarily known for the birch cabinets with loop legs and the plywood dining chairs.
In particularly beautiful and original vintage condition.
Pairs well with Cor Alons, Martin Visser, Dirk van Sliedregt Sliedrecht, Hein Stolle, Coen de Vries, Alvar Aalto chair 60 70.
