Very Nice Pair of Large Glazed Terracotta Tankards, from Traditional Bulgarian Craftsmanship of Troyan, Both Stamped Under the Base. Vintage from the 1960s-1970s. Hand-painted Decoration in Green, Cream and Yellow Tones, Composed of Stylized Geometric Friezes Characteristic of Troyan Pottery. Straight, Slightly Flared Shape, With Large Rounded Handles. Good Capacity, Perfect as Mugs, Beer or Cider Tankards.
11.5cm High, 13cm Max Width With Handle, 10cm Max Diameter. Very Good General Condition, One Tankard Shows a Small Enamel Chip on the Rim, Which May Correspond to a Small Old Impact or a Manufacturing Defect. Approximately 500gr Per Piece.
