A pair of magnificent vintage designer vases, from the 1980s-2000s, mouth-blown, containing a few bubbles, from Murano, Italy, unsigned, in the style of Fratelli Toso. Opaline glass with a bluish soap bubble effect, lined with smoked glass (inside), creating a beautiful and superb transparency, with twisted stripes and subtle variations in transparency, a stunning effect in sunlight.
One small vase: 29cm high, approximately 12cm maximum diameter, 2.5cm neck diameter. Very good overall condition, with a few very discreet signs of age such as small superficial scratches and a few small manufacturing inclusions in the glass, also discreet. No cracks or chips. Approximately 1.410kg.
One large vase: 41cm high, approximately 16cm maximum diameter, 4cm neck diameter. Very good overall condition, a small, discreet surface bubble on one side at the bottom, a few other very minor signs of age such as small superficial scratches. No cracks or chips. Approximately 1.8 kg.
