Pretty pair of creamy white enamel metal table lamps designed in 1955 by Svend Aage Holm Sørensen for Asea, Sweden. These rare cone-shaped lamps can be oriented in different directions, even upwards. The metal shades are perforated and give a magical glow when the lamps are lit. Size: 23 cmH, 11 cmW and 18 cmD. Good vintage condition.Svend Aage Holm Sørensen is a Scandinavian designer who is more Mediterranean in his expressions, although he is Danish. Holm Sørensen lamps have a typically retro expression around 1950-60.
