Bankotte is a set of two folding stools designed by the avant-garde company Butzke in the early 1990s. These sturdy and fully functional stools, made of solid cedar, measure 32 cm in diameter and 45 cm in height. They show signs of age, visible in the photos (one-third of the seats have been re-glued, there are sanding marks, and some imperfections in the varnish). These stools can be folded (72 cm high, 4 cm thick) and hung using the hole in the seat. Their most recent use: as a bedside table.
