A pair of GFM-64 armchairs designed by Edmund Homa, produced by the Gościcińska Fabryka Mebli (GFM) in Poland during the 1960s. The set has been fully restored, with careful attention to preserving its original charm while ensuring comfort and durability. The armchairs feature a solid beech wood frame, consisting of turned legs, a structural bar beneath the seat, a profiled slat supporting the backrest, and long, elegantly shaped armrests that enhance both the functionality and aesthetic of the design. The ergonomic seats have been reupholstered in a fabric, showcasing a sophisticated colour palette that includes shades of blue, beige, black, and gold—perfectly blending mid-century modern appeal with contemporary style. These armchairs not only offer a refined look but also provide exceptional comfort, making them a timeless addition to any space.
