Product description
Pair of armchairs based on the S 411 model, produced in Europe during the mid-20th century. The design follows functionalist and Bauhaus principles, characterized by the use of bent tubular steel and a cantilever structure.
Each chair features a chrome-plated steel frame with a cantilever base, providing a subtle spring effect. The seats and backrests are newly upholstered in turquoise fabric, complemented by wooden armrests that contrast with the metal structure.
The pair is in very good condition following renovation and reupholstery. This model type was historically produced by Thonet and other Central European manufacturers. Offered as a matching pair.
